Our coffee is packed in special airtight bags to preserve its freshness. When stored properly, it stays fresh for 3–4 weeks. We recommend keeping it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Yes, you can modify your order, including the coffee type, roast level, or grind size. Simply contact our team before your order is shipped, and we’ll make the adjustments.
How is shipping handled, and how long does it take?
We ship orders within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Delivery within your region typically takes 3–5 business days. For subscriptions, coffee is delivered based on the schedule you select.

Choose your favorite coffee and delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). We’ll automatically deliver your coffee on the schedule you select. You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.
